Description:
When attempting pacman -S openssl-1.1 I'm told the package doesn't exist. System is updated to current with numerous remote repositories selected, none can find the package, even though it's listed in the main repo search tool online.

Additional info:
* openssl-1.1
* pacman logs or output available upon request
* I don't believe this is related to upstream

Steps to reproduce:
$ sudo pacman -S openssl-1.1

There's nothing wrong here. Something is up with your mirrors and/or your system itself. Please use the proper support channels (forum/IRC/etc) to seek help in debugging the issue at your end.
