Description:
Wrong directories in libzstd.pc

Additional info:
* lib32-zstd 1.5.2-1
* usr/lib32/pkgconfig/libzstd.pc

Steps to reproduce:

The "prefix=/usr/local" should be "prefix=/usr"

And "libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib" to "libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib32"

Example of the corrected file:
   libzstd.pc (0.4 KiB)
