Can you upload ninja_tux.jpg somewhere (and post a link) or submit it as an attachment? Did it worked with 6.3.5.0-2 ? Another user reported a similar problem with 6.3.5.0-2 but in his case it was fixed with 6.3.5.3-1

It was doing it with all the images I had, not just that one.

I've just upgraded to

pacman -Qo `which display`
/usr/bin/display is owned by imagemagick 6.3.5.3-1

and that has fixed the problem.

How long was 6.3.5.0-2 out for? I go through periods of using the machine that was on and leaving it but whenever I'm using it I keep it up-to-date. If 6.3.5.0-2 is more than a month or two old then I will have used it and it did work.

I had a similar problem ages ago with gentoo but I can't find the bug reports to check if it was the same thing.

If you still want the image I'll put it up somewhere.

6.3.5.0-2 was out around July 8. What confused me was that in the initial report, according to "pacman -Qo `which display`", you seemed to be using imagemagick 6.3.5.3-1.

If it works now, I don't need the image. I'll just close the bug report.
