Description: The libs are missing with 525.60.11-1. They were present with 520.56.06-1

I figured it out. The patch needs to be adapted to the new libXNVCtrl Makefile, not dropped. See https://github.com/NVIDIA/nvidia-settings/commit/76b10f1b028cdccfa1b524955d9b8ca719c206c6#diff-5c9db676f971effc92c927d63c32be0f3e95cbc39a83b68d6b0f249489242761
