New package requests are not bugs and do not belong here. Most packages start off life in the AUR and then a maintainer might pick it up for inclusion in the main repos. Could you please put together a PKGBUILD and submit it to the AUR [1]?

Additionally, everything @dvzrv said in  FS#74340  is applicable here too.
