Description:
"ERROR 1: libarrow.so.900" after installing the latest release of Apache Arrow (v10.0.0-1) with current gdal v3.5.3-3
Issue solved by downgrading to Arrow 9.0.0-4

Steps to reproduce:
$ ogr2ogr
ERROR 1: libarrow.so.900: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

A recompile of a dependent pkg (gdal) when the soname changed in latest arrow was apparently overlooked.

(not the same issue, but related  FS#75749 )
