Details According to https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8235882, GIFlib in JDK8 is updated, so it's safe to use system GIFlib (resolve https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/blob/23399a96fc3a8c08993d9ce3ae74e6a7eb4f23f5/trunk/PKGBUILD#L70).
