Description: The qemu is now shipped with kvm. I think it's missing a udev rule to set good permissions on /dev/kvm device (group kvm)

Additional info:
* qemu 0.9.0-4
* Starting qemu-kvm, there is this message: "open /dev/kvm: Permission denied"

Steps to reproduce:
* Install qemu
* start qemu-kvm

Proposed solution:

Attached there is a PKGBUILD (and all files needed) to solve this bug and the one on this page [http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/7661]
Also, kvm is updated to version 33.

Another qemu.tar.gz, with the good rights set on /etc/udev/rules.d/65-kvm.rules
