Description:
Some Kate plugins are picked up and used by KDevelop. For example, the Snippets plugin:
/usr/lib/qt/plugins/ktexteditor/katesnippetsplugin.so is owned by kate 22.08.3-1

Note that kate and kdevelop are already optdeps for the meta pkg "kde-development-environment-meta".
