Description:
Version 525.53 was released a week ago. This package was flagged as out of date. However, the out of date flag was then removed without updating the package. The upstream doesn't say it is a beta or experimental release. It does say so for other versions, but not for this. The link from the package's page for upstream URL shows the newer version. I've found nothing on the forums or the mailing list why this flag was removed or why this package will not be updated. Upstream version: https://github.com/NVIDIA/open-gpu-kernel-modules/releases/tag/525.53 Is there a reason why this package doesn't follow upstream releases? Should the upstream URL be updated to something more accurate? |

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: Do NOT report bugs when a package is just outdated, or it is in the AUR. Use the 'flag out of date' link on the package page, or the Mailing List.
REPEAT: Do NOT report bugs for outdated packages!
