signal-desktop needs to be registered for signalcaptcha:// urls to complete anti-spam verification on first few messages.

Changing MimeType in signal-desktop.desktop to:

MimeType=x-scheme-handler/sgnl;x-scheme-handler/signalcaptcha;

fixes this.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new signal account
2. Write a message and wait for verification to be required
3. You cannot open the redirect link from the in-browser captcha site with xdg-open, since "signalcaptcha://" is not registered
