Description:

Mutter 43.1 introduced a regression that affects Budgie and some tiling extensions for GNOME Shell. Resizing windows in some situations causes severe artifacts. Reverting the offending commit fixes the issue. The issue on Budgie's bug tracker shows visual examples.
