file:///usr/share/sddm/themes/breath/main.qml:26.1. plugin cannot be loaded for module "org.kde.plasma.core": Cannot load library /usr/lib/qt/qml/org/kde/plasma/core/libcorebindingsplugin.so: (libssl.so.1.1 cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

plasma-framework 5.99.0 seems to need a rebuild against openssl 3.0 as /usr/lib/qt/qml/org/kde/plasma/core/libcorebindingsplugin.so is currently searching for openssl 1.1
