Description:
Since I upgraded dotnet-runtime to version 7.0.0.sdk100-1, pinta does no longer start. As a workaround, it helps to either downgrade dotnet-runtime to 6.0.10.sdk110-1 or to downgrade pinta to 1.7-3 (or both).
