Since spdlog got updated from 1.10 to 1.11, libspdlog.so.1 is no longer present in the package possibly breaking package that are linked to this version of the so file. Additional info: * spdlog 1.11.1 Steps to reproduce: Use an app dependent on this so file and it will not work because of the missing so file. |

That's why packages were rebuilt for the new soname. If you have something outside of the repos, that's your responsibility.
