python-pyopenssl should depend on openssl. Currently it only depends on python-cryptography.

I noticed this when building a package depending on this in a minimal build environment.

Orphaned pkg. The missing dep should not really be an issue as openssl is present in even the most minimalist of environments with dependants such as coreutils, libarchive->pacman, curl, systemd, etc.
