Description:
With the switch to OpenSSL 3, isync is often not able to connect to GMail anymore. Symptoms are messages:

error:14095126:SSL routines:ssl3_read_n:unexpected eof while reading

There is a fix in recent PHP: https://github.com/php/php-src/commit/74f75db0c3665677ec006cd379fd561feacffdc6

The attached changed to PKGBUILD and included patch fixes the issue for isync, too. See also this comment https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/11381#issuecomment-602229519

I am not sure this is the **proper** fix and I will bring this up on the isync mailing list, but for now to get a working gmail sync I applied that locally.

Thanks for maintaining isync in Arch!

After asking on upstream mailing list, I received the answer that cherry-picking b6c36624 from upstream git should be done.

I can confirm that the attached upstream patch fixes the problem with GMail.
