DetailsSince this package provides 'openssl', pacman allows you to install it to satisfy that dep, even though this doesn't provide the same libs. It allows you to massively break a system. Provides should only be used for drop-in replacements.

Making use of the libdeps added to openssl would further guard against the above scenario.
