Details

Description:
Currently, Elisa depends on vlc but it should be an optional dep. Elisa can play audio files fine with QtMultimedia only. According to CMakeLists.txt:

"libvlc allows to play music in Elisa (otherwise it will use QtMultimedia)"

Making vlc an optional dependency allows us to remove vlc and its old ffmpeg4.4 dependency and keep the system cleaner.
