Most relevant error from below log is probably "cannot import name 'connect_to_device' from 'ykman.device' (/usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/ykman/device.py)" - the referenced file doesn't contain such a connect_to_device name anymore with the 5.0.0-1 update
