DetailsDescription:
The "python packages" screen, reachable by clicking the "python packages" item in the lower left, always appears empty as in the attached screenshot, with "nothing to show". On the other hand, the upstream vanilla pycharm community (from the decompressed tgz) correctly populates the screen (see screenshot). As far as I can tell the only difference is that the upstream version uses a bundled java, while the archlinux version uses a separet openjdk. ---------- Info for the archlinux package pycharm-community-edition 2022.2.3-1 PyCharm 2022.2.3 (Community Edition) Build #PC-222.4345.23, built on October 12, 2022 Runtime version: 17.0.5+1 amd64 VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by N/A ---------- Info for the upstream version: PyCharm 2022.2.3 (Community Edition) Build #PC-222.4345.23, built on October 10, 2022 Runtime version: 17.0.4.1+7-b469.62 amd64 VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o. |
