Details

Description:
Linux 6.0.6.arch1-1 crashes while playing 3d wine game. System responds to keyboard input (switching terminals, REISUB). Game becomes frozen, upon switching to VT2 and back to VT1 garbled segments of old imagery are displayed.
Downgrading to 6.0.5.arch1-1 fixes the issue, so I'm thinking kernel bug.

You haven't mentioned which graphics card but a bug in amdgpu is possible. If this is repeatable you could try reporting upstream [1]. Or you could follow the standard recommendations for kernel regressions e.g. [2].

GPU is AMD 6700XT. It's reproducible, I've had this happen 3 times in a row. I'll follow the links posted and report back as I go through the process. Thank you @Toolybird.
