Description:
Running latexmk on a document using biblatex and the apa citation style will give a warning about deprecated commands in /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/biblatex-apa/apa.bbx . This is a fairly benign warning, it does not have any impact on the usability of biblatex other than giving an unnecessary warning.

Steps to reproduce:

Download main.tex and cite.bib included in the report(they are short, feel free to check them over before running latexmk). If you cannot reproduce the bug, latexmk.log includes the stdout from latexmk when following these instructions.


run "latexmk main.tex"

scroll up a little in the latexmk output to see the error listed below or in the latexmk log given.

Package biblatex Warning: The starred command '\DeclareDelimAlias*' is

(biblatex) Use the unstarred version '\DeclareDelimAlias'
(biblatex) instead.
