Description:

According to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Install_Arch_Linux_with_accessibility_options, `espeakup` is required for accessibility TTS and in fact, Orca's text output does not work without it. However, this is not listed as a dependency and consequently not installed, and also quite annoying to debug if you're new to this.

Hope this is the right place to suggest so, but I think it should be added as a dependency.

The other big feature of Orca, braille (did not test), is provided by `brltty`, but that's already listed as a dependency.

Thanks for reporting. But I think "espeak-ng" is already deemed an indirect optional dependency of orca. It's confusing because the optional dependency is actually listed against "speech-dispatcher" which is a direct dependency of orca. The wiki page you linked to is about the installation ISO which is a console-only environment where "espeakup" is definitely required. Anyway, I've copied in @alex19EP who is knowledgeable about accessibility in Arch. @alex19EP, do you think we should change anything here?

Ok, I'm interpreting the lack of response from @alex19EP to mean that no action is required here.
