Description:
When you put the computer to sleep and a few hours later you wake it up, the LAN card remains asleep (it's integrated into the motherboard). The only way to wake it up is to unplug the LAN cable from it and then plug it back in. If you don't do that, you'll keep having messages "page/server not found", when you try to access the internet. With this you won't be able to access even your router.
This happens with kernel 6.0.2 and it happened 2 days in a row. I was adviced to try with LTS kernel, which I already have installed in the system, and with the LTS loaded (it's v5.15.74) I put the computer to sleep. 12 hours later the LAN card woke up along with the whole system as it should, so this problem must be caused by 6.0.2.
Kernel 6.0.1 DID NOT have this problem.

Additional info:
* package version: 6.0.2.arch1-1
* config and/or log files etc.: if there are any log files for the kernel, IDK where to find them. /var/log has nothing related to linux.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Put the computer to sleep.
2. Wait a few hours, then wake it up.
3. Try to access the internet with your browser and you'll see a message "page/server not found".
4. Unplug the cable from the LAN card, plug it back in and you'll see the LAN card resumes from its sleep (the lights that it has turn back on).

A regression between 6.0.1 and 6.0.2? The list of commits between those 2 releases is very small [1]. You could find the offending commit by performing a git bisection [2]. But first, please try the latest kernel in testing (linux-6.0.5.arch1-1) to see if problem is resolved already.

This isn't be the first time when a small update causes a regression. The only difference from the last time is that by the time someone responded to the report, a fix was already released.

I just installed 6.0.5 from testing and for the moment it seems OK but I'll be able to tell for sure tomorrow bc the two times the problem happened the computer was asleep for at least 8 hours.

Well, I waited it about 4 hours this time and the LAN card seemed to resume normally with 6.0.5. However, this exact problem: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/76310 is present on 6.0.5. IDK how to bisect the problem and the wiki explanation isn't clear enough for me. I'm trying to find a video with an example how that works but found nothing so far.

Is the problem still happening with latest pkg updates?

No. The problem disappeared with the coming of 6.0.7.
