The pacman bug tracker has moved to gitlab:

This tracker remains open for interaction with historical bugs during the transition period. Any new bugs reports will be closed without further action.

Summary and Info:

On the Gitlab mirror of Pacman (https://gitlab.archlinux.org/pacman/pacman) there is a link to "https://lists.archlinux.org/listinfo/pacman-dev", which is a dead link for me.
I believe "https://lists.archlinux.org/mailman3/lists/pacman-dev.lists.archlinux.org/" would be the correct link.
Same goes for the website (https://archlinux.org/pacman/#_mailing_list), where the same link is currently used.

Additionally there is a link to the archives (https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/pacman-dev/), which now should be pointing to "https://lists.archlinux.org/archives/list/pacman-dev@lists.archlinux.org/".

Also i think the list address now should be "pacman-dev@lists.archlinux.org" instead of "pacman-dev@archlinux.org".

I'd be happy to generate a patch if you point me to the website source! :)
