Description:
It doesn't look like this package installs to a standard path.

For example:
```
$ sudo pacman -S lei
[...]

$ lei -h
zsh: command not found: lei
```

It looks like `lei` goes into /usr/bin/vendor_perl` instead.
Is this expected?

This looks like a shell misconfig on reporter's system. "/usr/bin/vendor_perl" is supposed to be added to a user's standard PATH via /etc/profile (i.e. /etc/profile.d/perlbin.sh). See [1] for perl policy. Is your zsh not following [2]?
