Additional comments about closing: We're using the default backend. Any problems with this backend should be reported upstream and a decision to ship with a different one by default should involve the upstream developer (who is quite responsive and uses Arch).

Nanosvg is now the default SVG backend. librsvg is still supported, and can be used by setting the -Dsvg-backend=librsvg meson option.

I would very appreciate enabling svg support in fuzzel.
