When FFmpeg 5.2 is available (which will include https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/commit/458cc7e314e1a00017dd090db388db6659d1bb5f), consider building with --enable-libjxl to enable JPEG XL support.

This has been rejected already by the ffmpeg Package Maintainer in  FS#75830 . This ticket will be closed as a dupe unless something compelling is produced that can change the PM's mind?
