Description:
Yesterday I installed Arch on my PC with arch-install. Everything went fine until I rebooted and it didn't boot anymore because it can't pass the POST phase. It goes on for like 15 seconds showing the CPU_LED and then it automatically reboots.

What I tried:
* Removing the GPU and using the iGPU
* Changing RAM slot
* Reset CMOS
* Removed Battery
* Removed all disks
* Boot trough the media installation
* Restoring BIOS with the recovery

What I didn't try (and probably can't try):
* Changing CPU
* Using different RAM

Additional info:
* My motherboard is Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
* My CPU is i5-6500

Steps to reproduce:
* Boot the arch installation media from usb
* Run arch-install
* Select systemd-boot as bootloader
* Install arch on a whole disk
* Write "intel-ucode" in the additional packages
* Proceed with installation
* Reboot
