Description:
I have amd rx 580 and amd rx vega 64 on my system.
I updating my system from mesa 3d 21.1.7 to mesa 22.2.1.

Additional info:
mesa 22.2.1

Steps to reproduce:
vkcube working
Proton custom ge 7.37 opengl working.
dxvk 10.0.3 not working.
vkd3d 2.6 not wokring
quanke 2 rtx not wokrking.

tested mesa 3d 22.1rc7 in lxc container dxvk all working.
I updated lxc continer dxvk not working.
archlinux host run mesa 22.2rc1
