When I follow the Kde4 tutorial, qt4 does not compile on Archlinux.

It seems that QMAKESPEC is setted on my distrib and should not be. If I set QMAKESPEC to nothin, Qt4 compile.

You can unset it in your PKGBUILD, I guess that's what the AUR PKGBUILD is doing also.

Not really a bug, i second JGC's suggestion.
And just for the record QMAKESPEC does indeed needs to be set or else all sorts of problems may occur building against qt.
