Details https://github.com/libretro/flycast is no longer active, the correct (upstream) repo is https://github.com/flyinghead/flycast, which use CMake: https://github.com/flyinghead/flycast/blob/master/.gitlab-ci.yml

The same repo can also be used to make a split package for the libretro core and the standalone flycast application ;)

repo was changed over in 5247-1. Just the url needs changing now.
