The canonical executable name is 'hx', not 'helix':
- `cargo build` produces a 'hx' binary
- the official binary archives (for example https://github.com/helix-editor/helix/releases/download/22.08.1/helix-22.08.1-x86_64-linux.tar.xz) only contain a 'hx' binary

I know `/usr/bin/helix` is just a shell wrapper that runs `/usr/lib/helix/hx`, but it should be named 'hx' nevertheless.

This creates a delta between Linux distributions, which makes writing portable configs/dotfiles tedious (ie. the git `core.editor` config).
