Description:

I installed about 1100 packages today (I'm migrating to Arch from Void, old-time user from 2007). I noted that the bazel package is one of just three in my admittedly rather large list of packages that installs in /opt (the other two I noted are ghidra, discord and maven). I note that most packages that have something like an application root, place it under /usr/share (dotnet, java, wireshark, ant, etc many many).

In the interest of consistency, I would request that the bazel package is installed under /usr/share/bazel instead of in /opt/bazel.

I'm creating an issue for the ghidra, discord and maven packages as well.
