Description:

Package `python-matrix-common` version `1.2.1-1` needs dependencies `python-setuptools` and `python-pydantic`, which are not listed in the depends.

Additional info:

Package version: 1.2.1-1
`python-setuptools` has been its makedeps array but not in depends.

Steps to reproduce:

- Upgrade `python-matrix-common` to `1.2.1-1`
- Start program which needs it(like `synapse`)
- Program failed to start and reports that no modules found.

Fix up step:

Simply add `python-setuptools` and `python-pydantic` to its dependencies can fix this.

Edit: Package version is 1.3.0-1, I forget to check its version. Sorry for my mistake.
