Description:
Timer when shutting down and rebooting. I have to wait 1 to 3 minutes almost every time. I have been using Arch Linux for a year now and have not found a solution to this problem.
I wrote loglevel=6 in the boot loader to see what happens.
This timer is really annoying. How to reboot the system normally and not to wait for 1 to 3 minutes.

I tried all the solutions I could find and none of them worked.

Additional info:
Arch Linux + KDE Plasma + Nvidia

Steps to reproduce:
I press restart or shut down the computer.

This is more of a support request than a well formed bug report. Please take it to the proper support channels (forum/IRC/etc) to try and get some help debugging the problem. If an Arch packaging bug can be identified then of course please come back here. In the meanwhile, it might be worth checking out this doc [1]
