Description:
Please consider switching to pcre2 from the EOL pcre [1]. Suggested changes in attached PKGBUILD.diff [2].
The diff also removes use of openssl-malloc-init.patch as in every release of OpenSSL 1.1.1 since 1.1.1b [3] and all release of OpenSSL 3.0 [4] OPENSSL_malloc_init() is a no-op and ordering other SSL functions before or after a no-op has no effect. All unused patches are also removed.

Additional info:
* apache 2.4.54-1
