Details

Description:
Since 5.98.0-2, whenever I open the app menu, all windows are moved down below the menu (my main panel is vertical with menu on top)

Additional info:
kwayland: 5.98.0-2
kde: 5.26 beta

Steps to reproduce:
Just open the menu.

Reverting to 5.98.0-1 fixes the problem
