Description:

Upstream add pipewire support in 2.3.0 release, but only compile when pipewire exists.

We need add pipewire as makedepends and optdepends, just like libpulse and jack.

Oops, it will link to libpipewire-0.3.so.0, so can't just add as makedepends, it must be depends.
