Description:

The stub files (pyi) that are required for type-checking are missing from the package. These files are produced during the build process, and cannot be generated in any other way. The only change that's needed to fix this is to add the sip-build --pep484-pyi option in the build function.

The api file is also missing (which also must be generated during the build process). This can be fixed by using the sip-build --api-dir option. In line with previous pyqt packages, I would suggest installing it under /usr/share/qt6/qsci/api/python.
