Details

Description:

Despite being built with OpenSSL, and being linked to it, installing specific packages results in an error:

Gem::Exception: OpenSSL is not available. Install OpenSSL and rebuild Ruby (preferred) or use non-HTTPS sources

Additional info:

ruby 3.0.4-9
ruby-bundler 2.3.19-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Unpack the attached example
2. Enter the bundler-openssl folder
3. `bundle install`

The last step will error out. Complete logs are shown in bundle-install.log which is attached.

There's heaps of new ruby pkgs in community-testing. Care to give'em a test drive?
