Please note I'm new to setting up a mirror. I have verified the .sh script pulls down the payload, I have it on a cron at two strange times a day, I have set rsync to serve it, and have done the correct port forwarding. I can additional set up a http mirror in the future.

Additionally 400Mbps was a low number, I should have a full 1Gbps up speed. I just tested my up and it is 850.85 Mbps at the moment.
