The error occurs in the main binary, and was triggered for me when I used it in python. I tried to downgrade my package, but that did not help. I can imagine that some dependencies are outdated?

convert: unable to load module '/usr/lib/ImageMagick-7.1.0/modules-Q16HDRI/coders/url.la': file not found @ error/module.c/OpenModule/1289.

Oh, and it happens with 7.1.0.47-1 of course, too. This was just my downgrade test.
