Description:
Since update libxml2 2.10.x, networkmanager-openconnect is not working anymore.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* networkmanager 1.40.0-1
* networkmanager-openconnect 1.2.8-2
* libxml2 2.10.2-2
* config and/or log files etc.
* log from journalctl

01 Sep 09:06:56 hostname gnome-control-c[8257]: vpn: (openconnect,/usr/lib/NetworkManager/VPN/nm-openconnect-service.name) could not load plugin: "libnm-vpn-plugin-openconnect.so" could not load plugin : /usr/lib/libxmlsec1.so.1: undefined symbol: xmlIOFTPRead, version LIBXML2_2.4.30

* Open gnome-control-center -> network -> add vpn
* No entry for openconnection

After update xmlsec 1.2.34-2, openconnect entry is shown on VPN setting
