consul switched to using go:embed from go-bindata [1] so 'go-bindata-assetfs' and 'go-bindata-hashicorp' are no longer used. 'bower' does not appear to be used. It appears to have been used by older releases of ember library used by the the UI. 'procps-ng' 'zip' 'yarn' 'nodejs-lts-fermium' 'npm' are used to build the UI which not currently being built so move to a commented out line. Thanks for the report and providing the diff, one note though: there is a typo in the commented out line for the UI makedEpends. ;)
