Steps to reproduce: I just have made a new fresh installation of Deepin. I didn't install deepin-kwin. At first login, active border appears under icons of control center but after three logins it disappears. So I must use the Alt=Tab or multitask view to switch from a window to another. From time to time the situation becomes correct again |

This is possibly an upstream issue, have you reported it there?
