Description:
There is no more pages in section 1 but 3 since man-pages-2.50. So, why delete these pages in PKGBUILD?
You delete several other pages in other sections because exists in other package. Linux Documentation Project is the main Linux documentation source, particulary about the kernel, so, its man pages should be prefered against other sources.

So please, don't delete the pages in man-page package, delete its in
shadow-utils, module-init-tools and xf86-input-mouse.

Additional info:
* man-pages 2.60-1
