Description:

The rubberband package should be an optional dependency for kdenlive. Without it installed, the Pitch Compensation checkbox in the Clip Speed dialogue box is greyed out.

Additional info:
* At least since 21.12.1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Drag an audio clip to the timeline
2. Right click the clip on the audio track
3. Click "Change Speed"
4. See that the "Pitch Compensation" checkbox is greyed out
5. Close kdenlive
6. `sudo pacman -S rubberband`
7. Repeat steps 1-3
8. See that "Pitch Compensation" is no longer greyed out

Additional comments about closing:  rubberband is required by mlt, not kdenlive, and it is already an optdepend there.
