Running desktop cinnamon 5.4.9.
After updating to xkeyboard-config version 2.36-3, I get the following error popup at startup or when trying to make changes to the keyboard configuration via cinnamon's keyboard settings app. "Error activating XKB configuration" (+ also a description prompting to include the below information) ~ > xprop -root | grep XKB _XKB_RULES_NAMES_BACKUP(STRING) = "evdev", "pc105", "us", "", "" _XKB_RULES_NAMES(STRING) = "evdev", "pc105", "us,us", ",colemak", "caps:none" ~ > gsettings get org.gnome.libgnomekbd.keyboard model '' ~ > gsettings get org.gnome.libgnomekbd.keyboard layouts ['us', 'us\tcolemak'] ~ > gsettings get org.gnome.libgnomekbd.keyboard options ['caps\tcaps:none'] Downgrading to 2.36-2 fixed the issue. |
